Ask your company Owner or District Manager for a one-time reset code. They can create one from your Login & Access page and share it with you in person or by phone. Each code works once and expires after 60 minutes.

Company Owners

Locked out as the Owner?

Another Owner or a District Manager at your company can create a reset code for you. If you are the only Owner, contact support and we will help you get back in.

If you use one personal login for more than one company, only you can reset that password. An employer cannot reset it for you.
